DRB Homes Announces Expansion into Nexton

DRB Homes, an award-winning home builder with homes in over 100 communities up and down the East Coast, announces its expansion into Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina.

With over 30 years of industry experience, DRB Homes is active in 10 states and in 17 regions, spanning from Pennsylvania to Florida.

Located in Nexton’s Midtown neighborhood, DRB Homes’ will acquire a total of 32 homesites. The DRB Homes’ collection will feature three brand-new floor plans: the Beaufain, Tradd and Gibbes. The Beaufain, a one-story home plan, will range from 1,789 to 2,428 square feet, featuring three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Inspired by coastal living, the home’s exteriors will feature bronze windows, board and batten and lap siding, with a two-car garage. Interiors will include an open-concept dining and gathering space with six-foot windows throughout. The primary suite will offer an ensuite bath with dual vanities. Additional options include a second floor with a bonus room, storage space, electric or gas fireplace, front and rear porches, and flex space.

The Tradd and Gibbes home details will be announced soon. This summer, home pre-sales will begin and the new Beaufain model home will join Midtown’s Model Row.

DRB Homes’ residents will also be able to enjoy the Midtown Club. The Midtown Club features a resort-style pool, fitness center and indoor and outdoor flex spaces available to members of the Nexton Residential Association. The neighborhood is activated by food trucks, movie nights and social events.
