From I-495 / I-95: Take Exit 13 towards Upper Marlboro. Merge onto Ritchie Marlboro Rd. Turn right onto Sansbury Rd. Turn right onto Lincoln Ave and continue straight into the Westridge Community. Park on the right side near the MODEL PARKING signs – this will be the temporary sales center until we move into the new model in January of 2025. To drive straight to the condos, continue past the round-about and you will see the new townhomes near the end of Presidential Parkway on the right side.
