The “3rd car garage” option that is the subject of the Garage Option is the following option as made available for selection by DRB Homes: DRB Homes option numbers 25855 - 3-Car Front Entry or 25865 - Two Car Side Entry, One Car Front Entry. The items included as part of the Garage, and all other characteristics of the Garage, are limited to those specified by DRB Homes, subject to configuration, design, and other limitations related to the house plan/floor plan of the home. Neither the Garage nor all items included in the Garage (or other characteristics of the Garage), may be available for the specific floor plan of the home. The Credits Option represents credits from DRB Homes toward the cost of options timely selected by the homebuyer If the Credits Option is selected by the homebuyer, the homebuyer must select all options for which the Credits Option is to be applied no later than the time that all option selections must be completed pursuant to the terms of the Qualifying Contract (said deadline being the “Option Selection Deadline”), and such selections shall be memorialized pursuant to one or more addenda or change orders to the Qualifying Contract. All options are limited to the specific items designated/made available for selection by DRB Homes, subject to configuration, design, and other limitations related to the floor plan of the home. Not all options are available for all homes. The homebuyer shall be responsible for the payment of all amounts of the options they select in excess of the amount of the Credits Option received. If the homebuyer does not select options totaling or exceeding the maximum value of the Credits Option, the homebuyer shall not be entitled to receive cash and/or any alternative or substitute so that the maximum value of the Credits Option may be realized by the homebuyer.
