THE MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE INCENTIVE VARIES BETWEEN QUALIFYING HOMES AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; specifically, the maximum value of such portion of the Incentive contributed by DRB Homes (i.e., the maximum value of the credits issued by DRB Homes) [(the “Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount”)] varies between Qualifying Homes as stated below. The Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount as advertised above (i.e., up to $25,000) is based on the Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount applicable to Qualifying Homes in the Brush Arbor subdivision (McDonough, GA), as shown below. Limit 1 Incentive per Qualifying Contract (irrespective of the number of homebuyers under such Qualifying Contract). The Incentive represents (a) credits from DRB Homes (reflected in the settlement statement) toward (1) the actual closing costs incurred by the homebuyer with respect to the purchase of the Qualifying Home pursuant to the Qualifying Contract, (2) the payment of points to reduce the interest rate for the life of the homebuyer’s loan to purchase the Qualifying Home pursuant to the Qualifying Contract with the Approved Lender selected by the homebuyer, (3) payment to temporarily reduce the homebuyer’s mortgage payment amount during the initial year or years of the homebuyer’s loan to purchase the Qualifying Home pursuant to the Qualifying Contract with the Approved Lender selected by the homebuyer, or (4) any combination of items (1)-(3) (inclusive), up to, in aggregate, the Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount, and (b) credits from the Approved Lender selected by the homebuyer (in a maximum amount of up to $12,000) toward the actual closing costs incurred by the homebuyer with respect to the purchase of the Qualifying Home pursuant to the Qualifying Contract. The homebuyer shall be responsible for all of closing cost amounts which are not offset by/exceed the credit(s) issued in connection with the Incentive. All credits from DRB Homes and/or the Approved Lender described herein are subject to additional terms and restrictions placed by the Approved Lenders and/or applicable law, and DRB Homes makes no guarantee that any credits by DRB Homes or its Approved Lenders may be received by any homebuyer.  YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOUR LENDER TO DETERMINED SPECIFICALLY HOW THE INCENTIVE MAY BE APPLIED BASED ON THE LOAN PRODUCT THAT YOU CHOOSE. DRB Homes makes no representation or warranty as to any incentives, programs, loan products, or other offerings of its Approved Lenders (including, without limitation, items (2) or (3) above), or whether the same may be available to any homebuyer. As used herein, “Qualifying Home” shall individually mean and refer to each of DRB Homes’ to-be-built and inventory homes located in the following subdivisions: (i) Avery Landing (McDonough, GA) [Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $12,000 with respect to Qualifying Homes located in the subdivisions identified in this subpart (i)]; (ii) Cooper Park (McDonough, GA), [Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $15,000 with respect to Qualifying Homes located in the subdivisions identified in this subpart (ii)]; (iii) Berkeley Lakes (Locust Grove, GA), Bowers Farm (McDonough, GA), Diamante (Stockbridge, GA), Grandview at Millers Mill (Stockbridge, GA), Monticello (Atlanta, GA), Towne Center (Hampton, GA), and Trinity Park (McDonough, GA) [Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $20,000 with respect to Qualifying Homes located in the subdivisions identified in this subpart (iii)]; (iv) Burchwood (Stockbridge, GA) [Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $22,000 with respect to Qualifying Homes located in the subdivisions identified in this subpart (iv)]; and (v) Adagio (Dacula, GA), Auburn Ridge (Riverdale, GA), Brush Arbor (McDonough, GA), Kingston (Locust Grove), Mill Pond (Moreland, GA), Saddleridge (Senoia, GA), and Westminster (Covington, GA) [Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $25,000 with respect to Qualifying Homes located in the subdivisions identified in this subpart (v)].
